Heath and safety news

We are delighted to report another year’s successful application to the CHAS Health and Safety Assessment Scheme. CHAS sets health and safety benchmarks that make the world of work a safer place and renewed membership reinforces our compliance across all areas of risk management.

Training wise, we have not let COVID get in the way of our operatives continued development with eight of our operatives receiving BMU and Trolley & Cradle familiarisation training in May, and one passing their PASMA course covering the safe use of mobile access towers, in July.  In addition, our Health and Safety manager Aleks has successfully passed his BTec Level 3 in Education and Training enabling him to carry out onsite training to our operatives, which will be in addition to the external training we already commission.  A massive congratulations to Aleks on a great personal achievement and that will prove to be a real asset to the company.
