One Embassy Gardens, South Bank – London

One Embassy Gardens, overlooking the new US and Dutch Embassies, will be the flagship commercial building at main contractor Ballymore Group’s Embassy Gardens development, at the heart of the vibrant Nine Elms district on the South Bank. The 215,000-sq. ft. office building, designed by Lee Polisano of PLP Architects, will comprise ten floors of commercial space, a 360-degree roof terrace and winter gardens.

RF Fixing are delighted to have in June 2018 begun works on a project at One Embassy Gardens, with Lindner Facades Ltd, for the installation of unitised curtain wall elements including:

  • Raico steel curtain walling
  • Glazing
  • Louvres
  • Doors
  • Soffits

The RF Fixing 30+ strong team is led by our experienced RF Fixing project manager and includes a dedicated Site Manager, Logistics Manager and team, QA Manager, slingers, banksmen and fixers. All our operatives are highly skilled and proficient in the use of cranes and trained to IPAF standard, with many having recently completed Harness training and Traffic Marshall training.

The team will be using a combination of skills and equipment to complete the project, including:

  • Cantideck
  • Mini-cranes 305 & 285
  • Launch tables
  • Pallet stackers
  • Gantry

As of October, the project is reaching its final stages with completion works being carried out and soffits installed.
