250 City Road, a Berkeley homes development in the heart of zone 1, designed by world renowned architects Foster + Partners, creates a new landmark for London and lies a short walk from City of London’s financial district and Tech City. Key to this development is Carrara Tower, a 42-storey residential block, providing stunning apartments around the central plaza area, with breath-taking views over Central London.
Working with Lindner facades, The RF Fixing 40+ strong team worked on twenty two storey's of this impressive building, completing:
- Unitised element curtain walling
- Installation of Reynaers hi-finity sliding doors
Lead by our experienced RF Fixing project manager, the team included a dedicated site supervisor, logistics manager and team, health and safety manager, QA manager, traffic marshall, slingers, banksmen and fixers. All of our operatives are highly skilled and proficient in the use of cranes and trained to IPAF standard, having completed leading edge and rescue training and our logistics team upgrading their traffic marshall training.
