Hercules House – Lambeth

Following the refurbishment of the old government building Hercules House in 2014, including the addition of new floors and extending the slabs to create a new hotel, RF Fixing was commissioned to refurbish the building with 8,200m2 of unitised elements, including:

• Coronation flashings and bull nosed wing flashings prior to installation
• Terracotta brick slips
• Cladding
• Curtain wall installation
• Feature louvers around the top of the building

The unique and heavy architectural profiles required skilled crane operators and slinger signalers in close coordination with the tower cranes. Working closely with the main contractor to ensure all elements of works progressed well with other trades.
